常见问题
Do I need Wi-Fi the whole time I use the eSIM?+
No. Internet is only needed for the first-time profile download. Once installed and enabled at the destination, the phone uses data from the partner network as normal, without needing Wi-Fi.
Can I enable the line while still at home?+
Technically yes, but it is not advised if the plan starts counting validity the moment installation finishes, since it could waste plan time before actually using it. Check the plan's details page first.
Can the same QR code be used again on a new phone if I switch devices?+
Usually not, since the profile is tied to the first phone that installed it successfully. If switching devices is genuinely necessary, message us first so we can check what can be done.
Why wait to enable it at the destination — can it not be turned on at the departure airport?+
It can be turned on technically, but if the plan starts its clock from the first network connection, enabling it too early risks attaching to the wrong network or starting the clock before actually reaching the destination. It is safer to wait until arrival.
If the phone shows no signal at all after enabling it at the destination, what should I do?+
Try restarting the phone or toggling airplane mode first. If still no signal, check settings that data points to the correct eSIM line. If that still does not help, message us on LINE or by email with the phone model and exactly what is happening.
