Account
Signing up, signing in, and managing your details.
This section covers everything to do with your account on the site, starting from the question most people ask first — whether signing up is required before buying a plan at all — through to looking after your email address, password and order history over the long term. What is written here is kept separate from the steps for installing or using an eSIM, because an account is about managing data and access, not about the network or signal itself.
If you are looking for how to install a profile or fix a signal problem, the installation or network sections cover that instead. If you are asking why you cannot sign in, have forgotten a password, or want to know how your own data is kept and how safe it is, this page answers those directly, and points out the spots where most people get the wrong idea.

Do you need an account before buying a plan?
No, it is not required. You can place an order by entering only an email address at checkout, and the installation details are sent to that address without needing to set a password or create an account beforehand. That suits anyone buying once who wants the shortest possible process before a trip.
Having an account brings its own advantage, though: it lets you reopen your own information at any time without depending on your inbox, which matters a great deal if a confirmation email lands in spam or gets deleted by mistake. The next section sets out exactly what having an account adds on top of an unregistered purchase.
What an account additionally gives you
An account acts as one place holding every order you have placed under the same email address. You can reopen the QR code, receipt and usage status of each plan from a single screen, instead of hunting through old emails one at a time, which matters a great deal if you buy plans often or travel several times a year.
Another advantage is that if the QR in an email genuinely disappears — deleted by accident, say, or simply not found in the last minutes before boarding — you can still go back and view it from the orders page in your account, without waiting for the team to resend it, which saves real time on a day you need to travel in a hurry.
Signing up
Signing up needs only a small amount of information and can be done either before or after your first order. If you sign up after having already bought under the same email, that earlier order is pulled into the new account automatically, because the system ties history to the email address first and foremost, not to the moment the account was created.
- 1Open the sign-up pageUse the sign-up link in the site header, or choose to create an account during checkout if you are already buying — both routes lead to the same form.
- 2Enter your email and set a passwordUse an address you can actually access and check regularly, since it is the channel the system will use to reach you and to reset your password later on.
- 3Sign in for the first timeOnce signed up, sign in with the email and password you just set, then confirm that any earlier order, if you had one, already appears on your account page.
Signing in
Signing in uses the email and password set at sign-up. If you use more than one device, such as a phone and a computer while planning a trip, signing in with the same email on each one always shows the same information, because it is tied to the account rather than to any particular device.
If you had previously bought a plan without an account and later sign up using the same email you used to buy, the system matches the old order to the new account without any extra step. If you used a different email for each purchase, though, those orders will not merge automatically — the next section explains this in more detail.

What to do if you forget your password
Use the reset-password link on the sign-in page; it is sent only to the account's own email address. Our team will never ask for your password over chat or email, and cannot see your existing password under any circumstances.
If the reset email does not arrive, check the spam and promotions folders first, and confirm you used the exact address that was registered. If you have lost access to that mailbox entirely, contact the team with an order number so identity can be confirmed another way.
Changing your account email
This can be done from account settings once you are signed in. A confirmation email is sent to the new address to prove you can actually access it before the change takes effect, which prevents anyone from switching another person's account email without them knowing.
All of your existing orders remain with the same account after the email change goes through; nothing disappears or gets split off, because they are recorded against your account, not against whichever email address happens to be current at that moment.
Order history is tied to the email used at purchase
Sign in with the email used to buy and open the orders page to see each order's plan detail, installation data and top-up history. If you have bought under several different addresses over time — a work email once, a personal one another time — the history stays split according to whichever address was used at the time.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Bought every time under the same email, then signed up later | All orders appear in the one account automatically |
| Used a different email for each purchase | Need to sign in with each email separately to see that email's own history |
| Mistyped the email by accident at checkout | Contact the team with the order number, the mistyped address, and the correct one, so identity can be verified and the record corrected |
| Cannot remember which email was used to buy | Try each address you commonly use in turn, or contact the team with whatever else you can recall, such as the approximate purchase date |
The security of your QR and activation code
Activation codes and the QR image are treated as sensitive order data. We show this information only to the account that owns the order, or to whoever holds the order link directly, and supplier-side credentials never appear on the frontend under any circumstances.
The reason this matters is that an eSIM profile always binds to the first device that installs it successfully. If your QR reaches someone else and they scan it first, the plan becomes theirs immediately and cannot be moved back to your own device afterwards.

Deleting your account and data
This is done by sending the request from the email address tied to your existing account. The team verifies identity before acting every time, to prevent anyone requesting the deletion of someone else's account without them knowing.
Some transaction-related records, such as proof of payment, may need to be kept for a legally required period even after the account itself is deleted. The team will state clearly in their reply which parts are removed straight away and which must be retained under that requirement; the full detail sits in the site's privacy policy.
Setting your site language
Use the language switch in the header or footer to move between Thai and English. Changing language takes you to that language's own web address, which is a distinct page from the original and can be bookmarked separately, rather than simply swapping the wording on the same address.
Order-related emails, such as a payment confirmation or a top-up notice, follow whichever language you were using at the moment that transaction was made. If you would rather receive the email in the other language, switch the site's language before confirming your next action.
When you can no longer access the email tied to your account
If the original email is gone entirely — a former employer's address after you left the job, say, or a mailbox whose own password is unrecoverable — contact the team directly rather than trying to recover the account by yourself, since access in this situation needs a stricter identity check than the usual reset.
Have the most recent order number you can recall, an approximate purchase date, and details of the plan you previously used ready, so the team can confirm you are the genuine owner of the account before moving access over to a new email address.
Common account problems
The table below summarises the account problems travellers report most often, the likely cause, and what to do, so you can quickly tell whether it can be fixed yourself right away or is worth contacting the team about.
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot sign in though the password looks correct | The email may be mistyped, or a different address from the one used at sign-up | Try each address you commonly use before resorting to the password reset link |
| An old order does not appear in the account | That order may have been placed under a different email than the current account | Check the original confirmation email for which address was used, and sign in with that one instead |
| No confirmation email arrives for an account change | It may have landed in spam or been caught by the mail provider's own filter | Check spam first, then contact the team if it still has not turned up after a while |
| Suspecting someone else has accessed my account | Possibly a reused password that was leaked from another, unrelated service | Change the password immediately and contact the team with whatever looked abnormal |
Before you contact the team about your account
- The email currently or previously used on the account, including any other address you may have bought under
- The most recent order number you can recall, even if not every one
- A screenshot of the error message, if there is one, so everyone sees the same thing
- What you have already tried, such as whether a password reset has been attempted
- The device and browser in use, if the problem only happens on certain ones
FAQ
If I buy without an account and sign up later, will my earlier order disappear?+
No. If you sign up using the same email you used to buy, that earlier order is pulled into the new account automatically, because the system ties history to the email address, not to when the account was created.
I have bought under two different emails — can I see everything in one place?+
Not automatically. Order history stays tied to whichever email was used at purchase, so sign in with each one in turn to see its own history. If you want them merged into one account, contact the team with both addresses.
What happens if someone else gets a copy of my QR code?+
An eSIM profile always binds to the first device that installs it successfully. If someone else scans it before you do, the plan becomes theirs immediately and cannot be moved back to your device — which is exactly why a QR image should never be shared publicly.
Can I have my account and data deleted?+
Yes. Send the request from the email tied to the account, and the team will verify identity before acting. Some transaction-related records may need to be kept for a legally required period, which will be stated clearly in the reply.
I forgot my account password. What should I do?+
Use the reset-password link on the sign-in page; it is sent only to the account's own email. The team will never ask for your password and cannot see the existing one.
Can I change my account email, and does it affect old orders?+
Yes, from account settings. A confirmation email goes to the new address before the change takes effect. All of your existing orders stay with the same account as before and are unaffected by the change.
Common questions in this section
Do I need an account to buy?+
No — checkout with just an email works. An account simply means you can reopen your QR, receipts and usage at any time, which matters if the email lands in spam.
How is my eSIM data stored?+
Activation codes and QR images are treated as sensitive order data: they are shown only to the order's account or a holder of the order link, and supplier credentials never appear in the frontend. Never post your QR publicly — whoever installs it first gets the plan.
Can I change my account email?+
Yes, from your account settings. A confirmation goes to the new address to prove you can access it. Your existing orders stay with the same account and are not affected by the change.
Can I have my account and data deleted?+
Yes. Send the request from the email registered to the account and we will verify it before acting. Some transaction records may have to be retained for a legally required period, which we will state clearly in our reply. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Where can I see my past orders?+
Sign in with the email used to buy and open the orders page in your account: it holds the plan details, installation data and top-up history. If you have bought under several addresses, check each one, since history is tied to the email used at purchase.
I forgot my account password+
Use the reset link on the sign-in page; it is sent to the account's email address. Our team will never ask for your password and cannot see it.
How do I change the site language?+
Use the language switch in the header or footer. Changing language takes you to that language's own web address, which is a distinct page you can bookmark.
