No. The feature needs support from the source handset, the destination handset, and the provider that issued the profile. Many travel plans do not support it, because the profile is tied to the device it was first installed on. Check your plan's terms before switching, or send us the plan name and we will check.

The transfer features built into operating systems are generally designed to work within the same family, so moving between different systems usually means installing afresh instead. If you are changing platform, plan on the assumption that a new profile will be needed, and check in advance whether the provider will issue one.
