Can one phone really carry three lines?+

Will clients still see my work number when I call?+
They will if you place the call over the mobile network from the work line. Through a chat or meeting app they see your app account instead of a number, so pick the channel that matches what you want them to see.
Can I claim the travel plan as an expense?+
That depends on your employer's policy, which we cannot answer for you. What you can do is keep the receipt and the order confirmation from the moment you buy, since reconstructing it after the trip is far more work.
