The site shows the price in the currency I picked — will my card be charged in that currency?+
Not always. The currency shown while browsing is only a comparison aid. The actual charge follows the currency on the final payment page.
Why does the statement amount differ from what I saw at checkout?+
It is usually because your card-issuing bank converts the currency and may add its own foreign-transaction fee, which we neither set nor receive.
Do we receive any share of the bank's currency-conversion fee?+
No. We do not set the exchange rate or fee the bank charges, and we receive no part of that amount at all.
If I think the charged amount is wrong, should I ask the bank or ask you first?+
For exchange-rate or foreign-transaction-fee questions, ask your bank first. If you suspect the amount we sent to be charged is wrong versus what was agreed, tell us directly.
