If I change the displayed currency, does the plan's base price change too?+
No. The plan's base price always stays the same. What changes is the displayed figure in another currency, calculated from that base price using the latest rate we hold.
Why doesn't the card statement match the price I saw at checkout exactly?+
Because your card issuer converts the amount again itself, using its own bank's exchange rate on the day the charge actually settles, and typically adds its own foreign transaction fee. This is a separate step from the price we display on our site.
Can you show me the exact exchange rate you are currently using?+
The price shown on the plan page at that moment already reflects the latest rate our system holds. If you want it accurate to your purchase moment, reopen the plan page close to that time.
Can I pay with a card issued by a bank abroad?+
Generally yes, through whichever payment channels our site supports, but the amount actually charged depends on that specific card issuer's own exchange rate and fee, which is something to check directly with that bank.
If I suspect the charged amount is wrong, should I contact you or the bank first?+
You can contact us first with your order number so we can check the amount on our system's side. If the cause turns out to be a bank-side fee or rate, you will also need to contact that bank separately.
How many times can I switch the displayed currency? Is there a limit?+
There is no limit. You can switch at any time by opening the currency selector and choosing again — the site remembers your most recent choice for your next visit.
