Which payment methods are accepted?+
The live list appears at checkout and depends on the connected gateway. The system supports credit and debit cards, plus local methods such as PromptPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, when the connected gateway offers them.
Which currency will I actually be charged in?+
The site displays prices in the currency you select for convenience, but the actual charge follows the currency shown at checkout. If that differs from your card's currency, your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion charge at its own rate.
Why does my bank ask for extra verification when I pay?+
It is the card issuer's identity check against unauthorised use, and it happens on the bank's side, not ours. If you are abroad and cannot receive the SMS code, approve it in the bank's app instead, or switch payment method.
My payment failed but I see a pending hold on my card — will I be charged twice?+
No. The hold is only a temporary reservation on your credit limit, not an actual charge. We never capture payment for a failed order; the hold is released by your own bank on its own schedule.
My bank declined the payment even though I have enough funds — why?+
This is usually the bank's own risk-detection system, especially for cross-border transactions or ones needing extra verification. We cannot see the precise decline reason, since that sits with the card issuer, so contact your bank to approve it and try again.
Can I get a tax invoice in my company's name?+
Yes. Contact the team with the order number and every detail that must appear on the document, such as the company name and tax identification number, and it will be issued accordingly.

你们支持哪些付款方式？+
结账页面会显示当下可用的完整清单，实际选项取决于所接入的支付网关。我们的系统支持信用卡与借记卡，以及 PromptPay、Apple Pay、Google Pay 等本地付款方式（以支付网关是否提供为准）。
可以选择币种吗？最后是用什么币别扣款？+
你随时可以更改显示币种，我们会记住你的选择。页面价格是以我们持有的最新汇率从基准价换算而来；银行最终扣款的金额可能会有些许差异，因为发卡机构有自己的汇率。
最后会用哪种货币扣款？+
网站以你选择的币种显示价格只是为了方便阅读，实际扣款以结账页面显示的币种为准。如果那与你信用卡的币种不同，银行或发卡机构可能会按自己的汇率另收一笔换汇费，这笔费用不是我们设定的，我们也不会收到。
银行为什么要我额外验证这笔付款？+
那是发卡机构为防范盗刷所做的身份查核，发生在银行端而不是我们这边。如果你人在国外收不到短信验证码，可以改用银行 App 授权，或换一种付款方式。
付款失败，要马上再试一次吗？+
先确认有没有被扣款。如果没有，可以再试一次。如果又失败，请改用其他付款方式或联系你的银行，不要一直重试。
账户里有钱，银行却拒绝了付款+
多半是银行自己的风控查核，跨境付款或需要额外验证的交易尤其常见。请联系你的银行完成授权，再试一次。
