Where do I find the APN value?+
In your order confirmation email or your order page on our site. Use only the value matching the specific plan you bought — do not copy one from anywhere else.
Why do some phones need no manual APN setting at all?+
Because some networks' eSIM profiles include the APN value at installation already. Manual setting is only needed when the phone connects to the network but the internet does not load.
Does the phone always need restarting after setting the APN?+
It is recommended every time. Even though iPhone saves the value the moment you leave the menu, restarting more reliably forces the phone to reconnect for data using the new value.
I set the APN on the wrong line and now my existing number has no data — how do I fix it?+
Go back to your existing number's line, open its APN menu, and remove the wrongly entered value or reset it back to that operator's original value. If you cannot recall the original value, ask that operator directly.
Everything is set correctly but the internet still does not connect — what next?+
Recheck the data roaming toggle and the default data line setting first. If it still does not work, try toggling airplane mode, then message us with the phone model and the values you entered.
If the partner network changes, do I need to set a new APN?+
It depends on the case. If we notify you of a changed value, set it according to the new value given. If nothing has been notified and the internet still works normally, there is no need to touch anything.
