It is a plan sold by another provider, not us. We simply display the link on our site, and you buy and pay through that seller directly.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong with a partner-sold plan?+
Contact that seller directly, since we have no access to another seller's orders and cannot check or fix anything on their behalf.
What do we get from a partner link?+
We may earn a commission when a purchase happens through a link we display. It is a general referral, not an affiliate or creator programme, since we do not run one.
How do I know which plan we sell ourselves?+
Check the label on the card — no sold by partner label usually means we sell it ourselves. If unsure, check the web address after clicking buy, or message us before purchasing.
Does a partner-sold plan share our own refund policy?+
Not necessarily, since it is that seller's own policy and can differ entirely from ours. Read that seller's own page before buying every time.
Can we help install a partner-sold plan?+
We can share general information about installing and using an eSIM, which applies to most eSIMs regardless of who sold it, though anything tied to that specific order needs to go back to that seller.
