How long should I wait after turning off airplane mode before starting the four checks+
Give the phone about one to two minutes to search for a network on its own first. If there is still no signal after that, start working through the checks on this page in order.
Why can I make calls but not use data+
A data-only eSIM normally has no calling function of its own. If calls are working, that is likely your original line, not the eSIM line — check that mobile data is actually pointed at the eSIM line as covered in check two.
I selected manually and none of the partner networks appear in the list at all+
Try moving to a spot with better signal, such as near a window or outdoors, then search for networks again. If a partner network still does not appear, contact support with the country and the plan you are using.
Do I need to turn my original line off completely while using the eSIM+
No. If the phone supports two active lines at once, you can leave your original line on to still receive calls and texts normally — just turn off that line's data roaming and set mobile data to the eSIM line instead.
The phone shows it is attached to a network but not a single webpage loads+
Check whether the attached network matches a name on the plan's partner list. If it does not, select a network manually again and choose one that does match that list instead.
